Today I purchased the OPI black shatter & mermaid tears nail polish. I couldn't wait to try it on! Here is a tutorial on how to apply the black shatter onto the nail polish for a funky & playful look.
{need: base coat, regular polish, black shatter, top coat}
{apply the base coat}
{paint 2 coats of the regular polish}
{apply one coat of black shatter}
{when it completely dries, apply top coat}
{Finished look}
